Sunday Stretch – Full Body

How low can you go?

Having issues with your splits? Want long, lean muscles? Is one side of your body less flexible than the other? In this 90-minute stretch session you will have time to attend to all major muscle groups–and then some. We use posing, foam rollers, massage balls and stretch straps to achieve a deep muscle stretch. You will feel FABULOUS from head to toe after this class.

Appropriate for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring lots of water.
