This class is a core and booty blast!

Using pilates, yoga, and traditional strength exercises for a total body workout, we alternate muscle groups so you can power through the entire hour.

Variety is key so we incorporate resistance bands, hand weights, body weight resistance, and move between standing and mat work. You will feel energized and toned after this one!

Appropriate for all fitness levels. Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive shoes or choose to go barefoot. Bring lots of water and a yoga mat (or use ours).
