You are never too old for SASS!

Led by a Wisconsin-licensed physical therapist, this class is designed for active seniors 62+ who want a little spice in their fitness routine. We incorporate cardio, stretching, strengthening and balance training into a sassy, dynamic workout using the pole for support. We also use resistance bands and light weights for bone health. Bring your friends–or your daughters–for fabulous feminine fitness.
