While this is a beginner pole class, it is an intense fitness class. Gain confidence, strength and grace as you stretch, tone and perform fluid transitions from floor to standing to simple spins and climbs.

Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications. Wear shorts, but we dance barefoot.
