This foundational class is perfect for beginners. Learn the basic steps, grips, spins and transitions for a safe and sassy workout. The skills you learn increase upper body and core strength; they create flexibility, grace and balance.

Time flies as we spin, circle, prance and glide around the “vertical ballet bar” to hot music. Put together your new moves at the end of each class for a sassy combo.

Shorts are recommended (and heels if you’ve got them). WARNING: this is addictive!
