Ready to get airborne?

Aerial yoga incorporates traditional yoga postures and breathing using a supportive hammock to help you stretch a little deeper and invert with ease. After a centering warm up, you’ll move through poses that will build upper body and core strength. After a cool down consisting of restorative stretches, you will cocoon yourself and float in the silk for a blissful shavasana. All moves will be done close to the ground.

Get your doctor’s permission or let us know if you have any heart or blood pressure issues as we do some inverting and stretching with head below heart.
